Sourdough is an ancient type of bread. It is nutrient dense, low in gluten, good for your gut (prebiotics) and made with simple ingredients: Unbleached Flour, Salt: unrefined, ancient sea salt mined in Utah, Water, Sourdough Starter
Our specialty loaves have various add in ingredients but maintain the basic sourdough recipe.
A great loaf of bread takes many careful steps in the process to reach perfection. From the mixing of the dough, to the pre-shaping and hand molding of each loaf, to the proofing and the baking. All these steps need to work flawlessly to produce a perfect loaf. This is typically a two day process.
There is a peace and beauty in this bread making process. Every loaf is made with love and for a purpose. We hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy baking it!

Every loaf is sprinkled with water from Lourdes and prayed over before baking.
